Certified special education teacher. The ideal candidate must work well as part of a team and understand the importance of flexibility for students with learning differences. Ongoing communication with students, parents, and other teachers is required. Our teacher will work in our Center for Academic Support (CAS) department and may be asked to co-teach one or two classes. Dual certification in math is a plus.
In addition to classroom experience, requirements include a master’s degree, a passion for teaching and his/her subject matter, enthusiasm for working with and caring about students.
