A successful and growth-promoting company in the field of cellular technology, located in Bergen County, NJ, is looking for a qualified and motivated Bookkeeper, for an entry-level position.

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide assistance and support to the controller
• General Ledger reconciliation and related tasks
• Banking processes
• Data entry
• Billing and Revenue
• Accounts Payable and Receivable

Skills, Qualifications & Requirements:

• 2-3 years experience in accounting preferred
• Proficient in MS Office ( particularly Excel)
• Accounting software – an advantage
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Superior organizational skills with strong attention to detail
• Immediate availability

Salary: $35K plus excellent benefits.
