Financial Resources Division (FRD) Business Coordinator

Position Summary:
The Business Coordinator is responsible for the development and implementation of fundraising analytical reporting and the effective execution of business processes in Financial Resources Development.

Major Responsibilities:

  1. Create and implement systems and business processed to ensure better coordination and communication with various administrative departments, including OPR, HR, IT, and accounting.
  2. Produce operational and financial analyses and presentations to be used to analyze campaign status and results.
  3. Provide analytical and report support to the PRO initiative.
  4. Develop, recommend, and implement processes and solutions to improve operational workflow.
  5. Prepare special reports and briefings as needed for executive committee and board meetings and other campaign meetings.
  6. Perform other duties as assigned by manager.

Additional Qualifications:
Qualifications and Competencies:

  1. Three years of business or operational experience
  2. Excellent computer skills and proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, with working knowledge of SQL desired
  3. Excels at operating in a fast paced environment and has the ability to multi-task
  4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  5. Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills, and open to direction
  6. Collaborative work style and achievement-oriented
  7. Strong analytical skills
  8. Commitment to the mission of the organization
  9. Strong project management skills
  10. Bachelor’s degree required
