We need an administrative assistant / data entry specialist
Duties include:
*Calendar management
*Scheduling travel itineraries
*Preparing agendas
*Expense reimbursement and reporting
*Editing, proofreading and formatting PowerPoint presentations
*Ordering supplies
*Other administrative duties

Working hours: 9:00AM-1:00PM

Qualifications:
*3-5 years of experience working in an administrative role with support to mid-level management
*Excellent written and oral communication skills
*Detail oriented and excellent time management
*Must be able to handle high pressure situations and to work in a very fast paced environment
*Proficiency in all Microsoft Office programs
