Overnight job offer 8/23/10 thru 8/31/10
Family seeking to hire young man, must be over 19 years, to accompany 15 year old special needs child, in a regular mainstream jewish camp environment for 8 days (can be cut short till 8/29 if necessary).
Child is on autism spectrum, some social and cognitive delays and has adequate life skills, great disposition, cheerful and happy, loves learning and working on projects.
You would be staying in the bunk with him, almost like another counselor, helping him with sports activities and other social situations.
The camp is a Conservative Jewish camp located in the Berkshires.
Please call his father Mark at 917-279-6895 by 9:00 Am Monday, Friday, 8/20, since timing is very short.
After we speak to you, we must speak to the director of the program and then you will make an on-line application to the camp program. We will pay you directly.
