Young Judaea, Hadassah’s youth movement, seeks an Israel Youth Program Supervisor.
The Supervisor will be reponsible for aggressive promotion of the Year Course program and will assist the Manager of Long-term Israel Programs in various large-scale projects
Responsibilities:
*Create marketing, promotional and educational materials for the recruitment of the Year Course Program.
*Serve as liaison between families in the U.S. and our office in Israel
*Oversee site coordination and logistics of Year Course orientation
Develop and coordinate the Family Tour Program for Year Course families.
*Screen and orient participants, including one-on-one interviews with program applicants
*Coordinate arrival and departure days at local airports
*Maintain web site
*Other duties as assigned
Additional Qualifications:
*4-5 years work experience
Supervisory experience
*Marketing and event planning experience
*Previous involvement in Jewish community
*Knowledge of Israel and Israel programs preferred
*Strong organization and follow-up skills
*Excellent interpersonal skills
