Must have minimum of four years of operations management experience in food services or similar setting; outstanding communication and interpersonal skills; ability to manage multiple projects; and vendor/contract management experience. Knowledge of kosher dietary laws a plus.
Responsible for overseeing the daily operation of the University’s largest food service operation,including overall operational supervision, purchasing, employee-related matters, vendor management, catering functions, office administration and health code compliance.
