We are seeking a Physical Therapist to work in our Bronx Adult Day Center Program. Responsibilities include developing and providing rehabilitation services for diverse special needs geriatric population; make assessments and complete documentation in accordance with Department of Health Adult Day Center regulations.
The successful candidate will possess a valid NYS Physical Therapy license and a minimum of one year experience working in a health care facility.
