We offer a full-time, commission based career that involves meeting with existing and potential customers and prospecting for new customers, all within a specified geographic area. Our agents work with customers to identify and offer insurance products that best meet the customer’s needs. This allows our agents to build relationships with customers over time and help them manage and update their coverage as their individual and family needs change over the years.

EXCELLENT EARNING POTENTIAL

• Commission-based compensation
• Two-weeks paid classroom training when hired, limited guaranteed income for the first seven weeks in-field and new agent bonuses in the first 13 weeks for agents who meet specific production standards
