Manage complex tax issues related to U.S. transfer pricing and informational reporting; plan and advise on inbound international tax issues relating to U.S. branches and on outbound international tax issues including cross border transactions. You will also manage Federal and State research and planning projects.
BS in Accounting or Finance with 7 - 10 years of tax experience with a banking institution plus law or accounting firm experience required. Master’s in Taxation or Law degree in Taxation highly preferred.
Strong organizational, technical, analytical and communication skills plus the ability to manage several tax projects simultaneously are essential.
Ideal candidate: Team player, strong leadership qualities and technically sound with US/International Tax expereince. 10-15 years experience with a Mater’s in Taxation or Law degree in Taxation (CPA as well a plus). Can come from Consulting or Law firm or Global Security orgainzation.
