Employee will be responsible for organizing and preparing the mortgage file for underwriting. Obtaining Verifications and collecting documentation needed from the customer. Working with Loan Officers and Management to close loans.
MUST HAVE FHA PROCESSING EXPERIENCE!!!! Must be proficient in CALYX POINT, FHACONNECTION, EXCEL, LP/DU.
Location: Northern NJ.
