Established financial institution is seeking a mortgage processor to process real estate related files. Duties include but are not limited to: compiling bank packages for submission, contacting clients for documents, and contacting the banks for outstanding documents.

Hours: 9am to 6:00pm or 11am to 7pm

Experience Required: Some real estate/mortgage related experience is a plus (we will train)

Training Program:

All associates will participate in an extensive training program designed to educate about the firm’s business model, real estate investment analysis, negotiating and prospecting development, and other topics. New associates will also be provided with senior mentorship.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Sale of investment properties
• Effectively structure transactions from conception to finalization
• Assess and underwrite investment opportunities
• Prepare proposals and offers
• Market and position an asset
• Develop a client base
• Conduct and maintain relationships with industry and trade associations, vendors and professional organizations

Requirements:

• BS, MBA or J.D. preferred
• Strong interest in real estate investment and sales
• Analytical and strategic mind-set
• Aggressive, competitive and action-motivated work approach
• Excellent managerial and problem-solving skills
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Comfortable with Internet-based research
• Strong work ethic

You do NOT need a real estate license to interview

We are looking for a semi-retired commercial Real Estate executive to lead as chairman or senior consultant for a Real Estate holding company. The company is in an acquisition-based growth stage. The job will be on a part-time basis to help us with our expansion plans.

We are looking for someone with adaptable knowledge or specific knowledge of the real estate market regions they are in; someone who has connections with the local commercial real estate entities including banks, and can dedicate 5-20 hours a week on our initiatives.

Some of the responsibilities will include inspecting properties, helping us arrange local financing, negligible travel in the local areas, and generally being our eyes and ears in the local commercial real estate industry.

Salary range is $30,000-$60,000

Locations needed include the Tri-State Area and Florida.
