Our Fast growing Company is seeking a motivated and energetic Human Resource Assistant. This position is responsible for variety of areas which includes but is not limited to: assisting with the recruiting process; processing new hires, transfers, promotions; maintaining personnel files; assisting with the administering of benefits; providing customer service functions by answering employees requests and questions; and other duties as assigned. This position will report to the Company’s CFO.
We are looking for a team player with excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Our ideal candidate will be detail oriented, highly organized who understands the importance of confidentiality and has the ability to multitask under minimal supervision. Bachelors Degree. Must have strong knowledge of MS Word and MS Excel. 3 years experience working in an Human Resources Department is needed. Knowledge of the Hebrew language a plus.
