Position Summary:
The Project Manager is responsible for managing new client implementations. This includes interacting with clients effectively to gather specific business requirements. The PM is responsible for ensuring that the client business requirements are met, the project plan is defined and the implementation stays on track with any risks identified and communicated. Additionally it is the PM’s responsibility to manage the client relationship effectively.

  • Acts as the expert on behalf of company’s products.
  • Coordinates project plans and manages each task to ensure success.
  • Tracks, plans, and reports implementation progress, identifying and escalating project risks and resource conflicts.
  • Monitors the status of tasks on a daily basis to achieve on-time, quality completion of the implementation.
  • Communicates all statuses clearly, provides updates to management as required.

Primary Responsibilities:

  1. Work with the client to effectively gather business requirements and manage client expectations.
  2. Provide accurate and timely implementation status reports.
  3. Maintain communication with assigned development teams.
  4. Provide immediate escalation of project ‘red flags’ and/or conflicts.
  5. Provide project contingencies for identified areas of risk and issue resolution.

Experience and Qualifications:
The successful candidate should have strong technology and communication skills and experience managing multiple projects; a Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Computer Science, or Engineering desirable, or equivalent work experience. One to five years experience required in IT project management.

The PM will possess:

  • Experience in managing development projects
  • Exceptional communication skills both verbally and in writing are critical.
  • The ability to effectively interact with all levels of the organization as well as external clients to clearly communicate status and risks.
  • Aptitude and perseverance in problem solving and learning.
  • The ability to weigh alternatives and determine development and/or deployment strategies.

This role will provide thought-leadership in measurement and analysis for digital marketing. He/She will also identify new ideas and opportunities for analytic projects.

DUTIES:

  • Perform marketing campaign and investment analysis for all Online advertising, and website related activities
  • Analyze data from online marketing campaigns: user response, web site conversions, feature usage, attrition rates
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of larger campaigns
  • Deliver online customer analyses, such as: Customer Segmentation, Retention Analysis, Lifetime Value Analysis,

Advertising Research, Brand Research, Site Utilization

  • Define and implement routine reports (weekly / monthly) for marketing campaigns
  • Provide detailed monthly and quarterly results overviews to management
  • Participate and support in delivering results and presentations to clients
  • Provide recommendations on improvement of marketing efficiencies and effectiveness
  • Stay abreast of current trends and best practices in marketing analysis and tools/techniques

SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum 3+ years of experience providing relevant marketing analysis
  • Proficiency using site reporting/analytic tools such as Omniture, DFA, Webtrends, Visual Science, Coremetrics, WebSideStory, etc
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel
  • Strong written & verbal communication skills
  • Strong internal client service skills

We are seeking a “go-getter” with managerial aspirations to serve as a Project Coordinator to assist the Director of Provider Contracting in performing various analyses and activities related to Group Health and other Network Development activities.

Description:

  • Prepare various group health contracting summaries, reports and analysis as dictated by business needs.
  • Prepare maps detailing existing coverage and identifying areas lacking coverage.
  • Prepare provider margin reports on an ongoing basis.
  • Analyze network for modality deficiencies and inform the appropriate staff person.
  • Prepare provider directories utilizing various reports and margin analyses.
  • Advise on potential opportunities to re-contract with providers in a specific area should marketplace dynamics dictate.
  • Compose appropriate written material and correspondence in order to effectively communicate with potential providers.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree (B. A.) from a four-year college or university; Master’s degree (M.A.) a plus; a minimum of five years experience in a managed care or health organization, with a minimum of two years in the provider contracting function.

Must be computer literate with experience in a Microsoft Windows environment with a proficiency in Word and Excel. Must have strong oral and written communication skills.

A Technical Business Analyst is needed to provide;

  1. Analysis of business reporting requirements
  2. Document report specifications, business rules, layout and format.
  3. Design reports with User input.
  4. Work with Development on Crystal Report Creation, Business Objects deployment.
  5. Testing, quality assurance of reports, and data synchronization.
  6. Ad hoc business analysis for smaller projects, including business requirements gathering, data analysis and software development lifecycle support.

Work Experience:
